Hello and welcome to CMS 6th Grade ELA!  My name is Melanie Taylor, and I am so excited about beginning this school year.  I have always lived in Chocowinity and am fully invested in helping students be the best they can be.  This is my 23rd year teaching in Beaufort County.  I am the mother of three awesome children; Sydney, Morgan, and Trent.  I am also the grandmother to Braylin. During my free time, you will find me riding on the boat, reading in the lounge chair, or watching movies.
