I grew up in Belhaven and graduated from John A Wilkinson High School.  I then attended East Carolina University, majoring in Middle School Education.  I was a substitute teacher after graduating.  I then worked with the Postal Service for 32 years.  Upon retirement from the Postal Service, I became a substitute teacher.  This is my second year as Behavior Specialist at Northeast Elementary School.  It is very rewarding working with the students at NES.  NES is a great place to be!
